At DSsports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your DSsports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed without delay.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
